CA started our lab in January 2022 out of Sophie's grandparents attic. In a short period of time she fell in love with the process of developing film. Shortly after realized that the film scene in Chicago was dominated by old systems. Constantly agitated by that and wanted to change that and be a reliable film lab to a diverse group. CA Film Lab's mission is to support all artists, professionals and enthusiasts in the Chicagoland area, as well as offering affordable pricing. CA is proud of the community we've built and are excited to keep growing.
